Shipping and delivery information?
We are responsible to ship your order on time according to our current shipping policies! Please check individual listing for shipping information! We are NOT responsible for DELIVERY of your order on time. Estimated delivery date is approximate and it is provided to you by USPS and we do not have control over USPS. If your order was shipped on time by my shop but shipping says it’s running late please contact your local post office with your tracking number. We are not responsible for the carrier delays!
What if I need to send several packages to different addresses?
You will have to make separate purchase for each address you are shipping the box to. This way for the each address you will get a tracking number to see, where your package is.
My tracking number says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft, this is something your local police station should handle not a small business like us.
USPS delays
We always honor our promised fulfillment time, and we always ship out on time, however we do not have control over the delays that USPS is responsible for. If you have any questions regarding your shipping status to track your package please visit USPS.com with your tracking number.
